Eight week course covering the basics of applying yoga to limb loss and restricted mobility
Eight one hour lessons with half hour feedback sessions later in the week on applying traditional yoga to issues faced by people with limb loss or restricted mobility.
Lessons include adapting asana (postures), breathing techniques, simple meditation and dietary advice.
Lessons can be done on a mat or in a chair.
Classes are held online at a time that most suits each client. Group courses can also be arranged.
